Your Key Responsibilities Analysis and clarification of customer requirements (specifications) with the customer and the internal departments Hardware, Software, Mechanics and Test 负责收集和整理 内部和客户侧的需求，并且同其他业务单元（软件，硬件，机械，测试部门等）对这 些需求进行分析和确认。且按照内部配置管理要求进行版本管控和释放。 Assessment of customer requirement taking into account the concerns functionality, quality and life, cost and technical compliance including functional safety , Cybersecurity of the components. 综合功能安全，法律法规需求，以及产品质量和寿命等角度综合评估客户需求的合理性 Design system concept /specific feature concept design based on the requirements 依据客户需求，设计对应的技术实现方案。且方案要具备供应链上的技术可行性。 Your Qualifications : Bachelor or above degree in engineering (Electrical/Automotive/semi-conductor or equivalent, power electronic preferred) 本科及以上学历，工程专业（电气 / 汽车 / 半导体或相关专业，电力电子优先） At least 3 years of professional experience in NEV automotive sector and a technical background in automotive (system engineering and collaboration with interfaces hardware, software, test, etc.) at leat 2 years of working experience in inverter product. 5 年及以上新能源汽车行业相关工作经验，具备汽车相关专业技术工作背景（系统工程及硬件、软件、测试等接口协作）至少 2 年的逆变器从业经验。 Good knowledge in project management, insights in requirements and test management and knowledge of ASPICE compliant development and AGILE development approach 熟悉项目管理，熟悉 ASPIC 系统开发流程，并能兼容敏捷开发 Fluent English language, negotiation skills. 英语流利，有谈判技巧 Self-initiative and structured working style with coaching, mentoring and motivational skill 工作态度积极主动，能带动并激发团队的主观能动性 Ability to drive problem solving and finding of solutions 具备解决问题和寻找解决方案的能力 Technical oriented and customer orientati 客户导向，解决问题导向 Support Change Management/Issue management from system level ， Be able to create system development Plan 可以从系统级别支持项目的变更管理和问题管理 , 且可以独立制作系统侧的开发计划。 Development and optimization strategy to enhance system efficiency, thermal performance 熟悉常用的技术手法，来提升系统效率以及逆变器的热表现 / 噪音表现。 Leading issue analysis and system integration on the test bench and on the vehicle 制定系统集成方案，编写集成测试用例并执行测试。可以对系统问题进行排查和解决。 Be able to support warrantee analysis with different discipline. 支持售后返回件分析
