YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: Lead the industrialization process by coordinating the project team of Launch Managers in the plant as well as all sub-projects managers and take responsibility for multiple locations and sub-systems. Ensure project management methods (e.g.project workbook, time planning, risk management, change management, reporting, project close out) within the industrialization team with deep technical knowledge. Lead and coordinate all activities related to production concepts and its subconcepts. Thereforeresponsible for Make or Buy and Footprint preparation, Input for profitability calculation (IPA), Gateway/Deliverable preparation, Consolidated cost target fulfilment for Standard Quotation Value (SQV), tooling cost and investments. Support all activities related to achieve a cost and production-oriented design across plants using Design for Manufacturing and Design for Six Sigma methods.
