Daily Safety pulse update. Follow-up with all other plants for EHS related data, MIS etc. MIS data follow-up & report for Daily, weekly & monthly reporting Compiling and submission data centrally for all Luminous sites SOP’s updating, collection and its controls get from system department. Organizing EHS related meetings Routine EHS audits and inspection of non-compliances. Bill processing to finance department and sending provisions, Raising indents for purchase and service contract Hazardous waste, e-waste, Biomedical waste management and data recording. Training on various EHS aspects like firefighting, chemical handling etc. Safety committee meeting coordination Monthly EHS audits Sampling of environmental parameters. Near Miss Condition tracking and updating BOPT/FLT license issuance Plant EHS data board updating Accident tracker updating Inspection of sites/ third parties for EHS compliances Must have proficiency in digital working with good presentation & communication skill, and good record keeping and good discipline too
