Key Responsibilities Engage business unit stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into detailed user stories , functional specifications , and process flows to support system development. Be part of the business users and work closely with developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered. Support solution design, testing, UAT, and implementation activities. Required Experience & Skills Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst delivering technology projects. Proven experience writing user stories, functional design documents, business requirements, and acceptance criteria . Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business users and technology teams. Hands-on knowledge of IPO and Share Registry operations in Hong Kong will be an advantage Experience within financial services, capital markets, registrar, or securities services environments will be an advantage Familiar with Jira or similar requirements management tools will be an advantage
