Schaeffler 是一家充满活力的全球性科技公司，其成功得益于企业家精神和悠久的家族企业历史。您觉得是否吸引到您？作为所有主要汽车制造商以及航空航天和工业领域重要企业的合作伙伴，我们可为您提供许多发展机会。 您的主要职责 Serve as customer quality interface, conduct full-lifecycle quality activities, prepare PPAP, complete PSW sign-off, arrange production launch, approve product delivery & on-site installation and handle customer complaints Inspect finished & delivered products, implement final release, monitor workshop QMS compliance, utilize quality tools and coordinate quality issue resolution Lead on-site continuous quality improvement, manage non-conforming goods & process deviations, conduct RCA and data analysis to optimize production quality Communicate with clients for mass-production change approval, organize failure analysis for complaint parts and submit 8D reports Maintain customer portal, verify corrective action effectiveness, host regular lessons learned, cooperate with cross-departments to reduce quality cost and enhance customer satisfaction 您的任职资格 Full-time Bachelor’s degree or above, major in science and engineering 3+ years quality working experience in automotive industry Familiar with machining, assembly and other mechanical manufacturing processes Master APQP, PPAP, SPC and other core quality tools, familiar with IATF 16949, 8D & statistical analysis Strong logical thinking, self-motivation, communication and stress resistance; working proficiency in English is preferred 我们通过创新影响未来，我们有令人兴奋的工作任务和出色的发展机会静候您的到来。我们期待您的应聘。 www.schaeffler.cn/职业 您的联系人 Schaeffler (Ningxia) Co., Ltd.
