Job Purpose We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer with strong experience in Databricks to join our Reporting & Analytics team. This role requires end-to-end understanding of data pipelines, data models, and reporting layers. The candidate will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, taking full ownership of analytics solutions from requirement gathering to dashboard delivery. Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and hands-on technical expertise are key for this role. Key Activities Key Responsibilities • Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions. • Design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, datasets, and semantic models. • Work closely with Databricks data pipelines, validate backend datasets, and ensure data reliability. • Develop scalable and optimized data models for reporting and analytics. • Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and governance standards. • Take end-to-end ownership of reporting solutions, from data ingestion to visualization. • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Experience Must-Have Qualifications • 7–10 years of experience in BI / Analytics roles. • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (advanced dashboards, DAX, data modelling). • Strong experience with Databricks, including data pipelines, data sources, and data architecture. • Solid knowledge of SQL and understanding of backend data platforms. • Strong understanding of business KPIs and commercial reporting. • Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of solutions. • Strong communication skills to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders. Good-to-Have Skills • Experience with Azure Data Factory and Python. • Exposure to SAP or other enterprise systems. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps / CI-CD practices.
