About this role
As a RAMS Engineer, you will join our team to support our activities within the Aerospace sector.
You will play a key role in ensuring aircraft systems meet airworthiness requirements by providing expertise in safety, reliability, and maintainability. Working across both in-service and new development programmes, you will influence system design and support certification through detailed analysis and documentation within a highly regulated environment.

Provide RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Safety) support across allocated programmesInfluence system design by delivering safety and reliability recommendationsPerform analyses including FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Reliability Predictions, Common Cause Analysis, and Maintainability AnalysisSupport airworthiness certification through safety assessments and documentationProduce RAMS deliverables aligned to customer milestones and programme schedulesConduct risk assessments for safety-critical issuesEngage directly with customers to discuss safety and reliability topicsCollaborate with systems, design, and project teams across multidisciplinary environmentsSupport bid and proposal activities on RAMS-related topics Required Skills:
Strong experience in RAMS engineering within aerospace or safety-critical industriesBackground in electrical, electronic, or aerospace systems (e.g. generators, control systems)Experience performing safety and reliability analyses (FMEA, FTA, etc.)Knowledge of airworthiness and safety standardsAbility to work independently and deliver technical work packagesStrong stakeholder engagement, including customer-facing experienceRequired Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.Experience working within safety-critical or regulated environmentsProven experience in safety, reliability, or systems engineering rolesDesirable Skills:
Familiarity with DO-160, ARP4754, and ARP4761 standardsExperience with power generation or control systems within aerospaceExposure to system safety assessment processesExperience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams Why join us?
