Job Descriptions Requirements : Minimum D3 in All Major/ Engineering/ Sales Representative major GPA minimum 2,75 Minimum 1 years experience in Freshgraduates (External Candidates)/ Heavy Equipment/ Mechanic (Internal Candidtes)/ Salesman (External Candidates)/ Service/ Equipment Management Analyst (Internal Ca/ Technician (Internal Candidtes)/ Warehouseman (Internal Candidtes)/ Working Experien Responsibilities: - Develop and perform the final presentation summarizing formal learning, branch assignment experiences, and KKP for Development pro gress to demonstrate overall learning achievement during the SRDP program. - Maintain accurate sales activity records as part of the KKP for Development by updating required activities in CRM system including call plans and call reports to support evaluation of sales readiness. - Perform On the Job Training (OJT) rotations in assigned functions and coordinate with supervisors, mentors, and relevant teams to support comprehensive learning absorption and understanding of daily operations. - Perform structured learning activities, including in class learning sessions, self-learning modules, and foundational skills development programs to build basic knowledge and selling skills and core competencies required for sales roles.
