Commercial & Frontline Capabilities Coordinator (Maternity Cover) Location: Mexico City Area: Customer Engagement Contract: Temporary Assignment 6 months (Maternity Leave Coverage) Are you passionate about learning, capability development, and partnering with the business to drive impact? We are looking for a Comm & Frontline Capabilities Coordinator who will act as a strategic partner to commercial teams, helping identify capability gaps, design development solutions, and drive initiatives that enhance frontline performance. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to identify capability and development needs. Design and implement learning and training initiatives aligned with business priorities. Drive capability projects end-to-end, from diagnosis to execution and evaluation. Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Medical, and Customer Engagement teams. Support strategic initiatives across B2B, Trade Marketing, and Virtual Representatives. What We're Looking For Must Have 2 years of experience in Learning, Training, Capability Development, Commercial Excellence, or related areas. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Strategic thinking and business partnering mindset. Ability to manage projects independently and work cross-functionally. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or customer-facing environments. Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and capability-building practices. Exposure to commercial teams, Trade Marketing, or customer engagement functions.
