Could you be the full-time Document Controller in Serbia , Belgrade we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and detail-oriented expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and supportive teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of project documentation, contributing to the success of key milestones and the overall efficiency of our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as project management, technical teams, and external partners), ensure compliance with documentation standards, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of document control processes and tools, but also ensure timely delivery of documentation to customers and stakeholders. We’ll look to you for: Applying the rules defined in the Documentation Management Process and the project Documentation Management Plan (DMP) Controlling documentation formal homogeneity, including templates, references, and versions Assigning references to documentation and ensuring proper electronic file identification Ensuring all technical and management documentation is properly recorded in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) Preparing and recording document submissions to customers/partners Monitoring validation workflows and ensuring compliance with project commitments Providing documentation reporting and indicators Managing the storage and archiving of project documentation Suggesting improvements to processes and organization All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
