Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your **program management and technical leadership** expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside **dedicated and innovative** teammates. You'll **lead the overall Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance of the program**, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (**Engineering Métiers, R&D, Operations, Sourcing, and Supply Chain**), **collaborate with external stakeholders like customer representatives and suppliers**, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of **managing program roadmaps, resource allocation, and risk mitigation**, but also **drive continuous improvement and innovation within the program**. We’ll look to you for: Defining and maintaining the development roadmap aligned with solutions and customer needs Managing, controlling, and executing all developments related to the program within QCD commitments Ensuring on-time delivery and change management execution Coordinating work packages, capacity/resource analysis, and risk mitigation plans Driving program reviews and providing QCD reports to key stakeholders Proposing and implementing improvement action plans for efficiency and competitiveness Leading safety and critical issue resolution, such as cybersecurity or major availability challenges All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Engineering – IT, CS, ECE, EEE, or equivalent 15+ years of experience in managing products, projects, or programs (PMP certification is an added advantage) At least 5 years of experience in managing embedded projects/programs or IT system project management Strong engineering background with full lifecycle project deployment experience Hands-on experience in functional or hierarchical team management Proficiency in cost and planning control for engineering scopes Experience in customer relationship management for deliverables and scope Excellent communication skills in a technical environment Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork and leadership Proven ability in risk assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving Resilience, analytical thinking, and adaptability Experience with European customers is a plus but not mandatory Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
