Material Planning Leader in Astana More than a job: a mission We’re looking for a Material planning Leader to ensure seamless production and on-time delivery. This is Supply Chain on steroids: safeguarding critical supplies. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication — because they know what’s at stake: the journey home. Your role, your impact Lead a dedicated team of Material Planners and support their KPIs (critical suppliers, missing parts, coverage, MRP, overstock, OTIF) Lead the procurement center meeting (review of daily KPIs, critical supplier, action plan, OTIF) Develop the competencies of the MP pillar Monitor awareness and compliance with processes (golden rules, handbook, instructions, P2P process) to be shared Analysis: root cause & action plan (analysis to do on missing parts, bad OTIF) KPI management (missing parts, OTIF, coverage, MPS communication status, overstock, MRP messages) What you bring A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain, Finance or Engineering. English proficiency since all our supplies come from abroad ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, 1C or other) Advanced analytical skills, including analytical approach, Excel, Power Query, Power BI proficiency.
