Be part of market-leading projects with global scale and complexity Mentoring, coaching and leadership programs to help you make an impact that matters Join Deloitte's Consulting practice as an Ariba Senior Manager and help lead complex digital procurement transformations for major organisations across Australia and New Zealand. What will your typical day look like? Lead SAP Ariba-enabled procurement transformation programs that help clients modernise sourcing, contracting, supplier management and procure-to-pay. Your work will turn procurement priorities into clear roadmaps, implementation scopes and practical outcomes that create measurable value. Across pursuits and delivery, this role brings plenty of variety and influence. You'll shape opportunities, guide solution design, estimate effort, frame commercial proposals and work with senior client stakeholders to move from early conversations through to mobilisation, governance and execution. A big part of the role is building capability around you. Working with Deloitte colleagues, SAP Ariba teams and blended onshore, offshore and client delivery teams, you'll create the conditions for high-quality delivery while also mentoring others, contributing to thought leadership and helping grow a fast-moving practice. About the team Our Supply Chain & Procurement team works with ASX-listed, private and public sector clients on complex challenges across procurement, supply chain and operations. As demand grows for SAP Ariba, digital procurement and technology-enabled transformation, this team sits at the intersection of procurement advisory, SAP-enabled delivery and broader Deloitte strengths in strategy, technology, analytics, alliances and global delivery capability. Enough about us, let's talk about you You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences: 8+ years' experience in procurement transformation, SAP Ariba implementation, consulting or relevant industry roles Deep SAP Ariba implementation experience across modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Buying and Invoicing, Guided Buying, Catalogues, Supplier Risk, and integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA Experience shaping pursuits, solution architecture, estimates, implementation roadmaps, business cases and commercial proposals Confidence working with senior client stakeholders, SAP Ariba product, sales and alliance teams on complex opportunities Proven experience leading blended onshore, offshore and client delivery teams through technology-enabled transformation programs Strong understanding of procurement operating models, category management, sourcing, contracts, supplier management, buying channels and procure-to-pay processes Commercial acumen, sound judgement and a track record of mentoring teams and contributing to practice growth A collaborative approach and interest in working across sectors, clients and Deloitte's broader local and global network Why Deloitte?
