Your future role As Project Engineering Manager, you will manage the technical contractual scope of the project ensuring its delivery according to the quality, cost, performance and scheduled commitment originally agreed and, if applicable, updated as a result of negotiated variation orders. We’ll look to you for: Lead the technical delivery of projects, ensuring customer requirements and acceptance criteria are met. C oordinat e multi-disciplinary engineering and construction activities. Manage technical risks, change control, variations, and technical compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure solutions comply with contractual requirements, applicable regulations, and QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery & Performance) targets. Lead project engineering teams, allocating work, monitoring performance, and driving engineering governance. Chair technical reviews and Change Control Boards (CCB), supporting design decisions and issue resolution. Oversee design, systems engineering, verification, validation, and safety assurance activities. Provide technical leadership and support to project stakeholders including sourcing, installation, testing, commissioning, and warranty teams. Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing across engineering teams. Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and collaboration across all project activities.
