Join Medibank's Payment Integrity team as an Ancillary Claims Auditor, where you'll play a key role in identifying, investigating and preventing inappropriate claiming activity, benefit leakage, fraud, waste and error across our ancillary health claims. Using data, analytics and emerging AI-enabled tools, you'll conduct member and provider audits, uncover trends and risks, and deliver insights that strengthen controls and improve payment integrity outcomes. You'll manage cases end-to-end, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to innovative solutions that help safeguard the health fund and its members. What you'll bring: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with data, reporting tools and technology-driven solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities Ability to identify patterns, trends and systemic issues A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and prevention Relevant tertiary qualifications, with research experience highly regarded Why Medibank?
