POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Head Office, Bangkok Company: Nestlé Department: Human Resource Full-time Minimum 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, end to end Recruitment field. A DAY IN THE LIFE... Handle full-cycle recruitment for permanent staff in the market (and temporary staff where applicable) and custodian of Employee Onboarding process for all employees recruited. Develop, plan, and execute resourcing/talent acquisition strategy to support business requirements and the organization’s staffing objectives. Provide constant update to line managers regarding employment market and current trend of talent landscape. Design and develop effective selection tools/techniques in order to deliver an In Full On Time Recruitment. Manage all recruitment business partners to ensure quality of delivery and best possible talent pipeline. Collaborate with related stakeholders (HRBPs, Business Leaders, and C&B Team) to prepare competitive compensation and benefit packages for the selected candidates. Drive employer branding initiatives across digital platforms to enhance Nestlé's visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice in Thailand. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire) to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and Nestlé's internal policies throughout the recruitment process. Lead campus recruitment programs and early career initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline for future organizational needs. ARE YOU A FIT? At least Bachelor’s Degree in any field Minimum 3 years of working experience in Recruitment Possess thorough understanding of full-cycle recruitment Experienced in FMCG industry Hands-on experience in dealing with social media (ex. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram) Hands-on experience in recruitment project management Must be able to manage and handle different types of stakeholders Exposure to Recruitment Marketing is a plus Strong command of English and Thai is a must
