Job Responsibilities The ideal candidate is responsible for organizing, overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring usage of the resources is cost-effective. The successful applicant will work within a small team, working with engineering discipline. Attending all production meetings to stay abreast of situations in the manufacturing environment. Setting up the priorities for the production jobs within the team Prepare job traveler in the ERP system for jobs and repeat projects Prepare DXF files of wear liners and steel template Prepare nest and cutting plans for CNC plasma Checking the job travelers Assist production personnel with technical queries Create drawings for the wear liners Create concept or engineering drawing Job Requirements Key Result Area: Cost saving Work efficiency Continuous Improvements proposal and implementation OTIF Accountability Commitment Can Do attitude / Open-Minded Quality of work Personal development Measurement Criteria: All relationships are effective, add value and contribute to Alloy Steel International business objectives.
