Play a key role in shaping our performance across our InfraBuild Manufacturing business. We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative Steelmaker to join our supportive team at the Rooty Hill Steel Mill . You’ll be part of a large, experienced Rolling crew and report directly to the Shift Leader or Logistics Leader. Our Steel Mill operates 24/7, and this role involves 12-hour shifts on a rotating 7-day roster (day and night shifts). This is a 12-month contract position —an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to build confidence, learn new skills, and gain valuable experience in the steel industry. What you will be doing: Comprehensive training across multiple areas of Steel Rolling and shipping Hands-on experience in a variety of manual handling roles throughout the full production process Opportunities to develop skills in crane and forklift operation We’re seeking someone who is enthusiastic about learning the steel rolling process and interested in joining a global business with strong safety values.
