About the role: Do you enjoy a balance of office work and hands-on operations servicing customers? The Tait Mitre 10 team is on the lookout for a reliable and flexible team player to join us as a Trade Sales Support on a full-time basis, based in our Clayton trade centre. This role operates a full time hours across Monday to Friday. You’ll be supporting the Branch Manager and the Trade Sales team with a variety of tasks, from responding to phone enquiries, organising deliveries, processing customer orders, and preparing quotes. What you will be doing: Entering data for customer accounts Responding to customer enquiries and taking special orders Preparing accurate quotes and organising delivery schedules Engaging customers on the phone or via email to drive sales Managing daily administrative tasks for Sales representatives Providing in-store customer assistance when required What you will bring: A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel Timber and hardware knowledge is an advantage but not essential Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a sense of urgency About Us Tait Mitre 10, a leading timber and hardware supplier operating across the Gippsland Region and Metro Melbourne.
