YOUR TASKS: Advise People Business Partners, managers and specialist departments on all individual and collective employment law matters Shape and support cooperation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as well as negotiations on works agreements, group works agreements and company-wide works agreements Support collective bargaining negotiations, conciliation and arbitration proceedings, as well as other matters subject to co-determination Support and manage complex HR measures, restructuring projects, operational changes, transfers of business and M&A projects Handle employment law proceedings, represent the company in court and manage external law firms Ensure employment law compliance and continuously develop governance structures, policies and documentation standards Identify and assess employment law risks, conduct risk assessments and develop appropriate measures for sustainable risk management Support international employment law matters and contribute to strategic HR and organizational initiatives YOUR PROFILE: Successfully completed degree in Law, ideally with a focus on employment law Several years of professional experience in employment law, for example in a company, association or law firm Sound knowledge of individual and collective employment law as well as works constitution law Experience working with employee representative bodies and handling challenging negotiation situations Very good written and spoken English skills Strong communication and advisory skills, as well as negotiation skills and assertiveness Confident appearance, a high degree of initiative and an enthusiasm for complex legal and organizational issues Structured, solution-oriented and responsible approach to work Contact: Petra Kirner
