About us Your Contribution Manage a team of process and product development engineers and technicians with clear direction, goals and expectation setting in the field of high refractive index glass wafers and reflective waveguides Responsible of developing new manufacturing processes and technologies for high volume optical component manufacturing Evaluating new manufacturing processes in close collaboration with machine suppliers In charge for yield monitoring and yield improvement activities Achieving process capability and stability targets (cpK, UPH, yield) with 6sigma methods Formulate and deploy process and equipment roadmaps In charge of all product and process documentation Transfer of new developed processes and equipment to mass production site Support trouble shooting of engineering issues in our production sites Your Profile More than 10 years experience in the field of process development or process engineering within the semiconductor or optical industry BSc/MSC/PhD Degree in Mechatronics / Electronic Engineering / Photonics / Physics / Optics Broad know how of manufacturing processes like polishing, grinding, lapping, thin gilm coating, dicing, stacking and CNC Proficiency with data analysis, DOE, 6sigma and statistical techniques Deep know how in problem solving methods Excellent communication, organizational, and team building skills.
