About this role
As a Supply Officer, you will join our team in Belfast to support our activities within the Aerospace sector.
You will support supply chain and procurement activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure materials and services are delivered in line with programme requirements. The role offers hands-on exposure to ERP/SAP systems and is well suited to entry to mid-level candidates with a proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

Raise and manage purchase orders using ERP / SAP systemsManage external supplier order books, ensuring on-time deliveryAct as a key point of contact for suppliers, managing day-to-day communicationHandle account and invoice queries in collaboration with finance teamsProvide regular updates to internal customers on order status and delivery timelinesSupport and coordinate supplier visits when requiredWork independently to manage workload while collaborating with the wider supply team Required Skills:
Experience using ERP systems, ideally SAPAbility to manage supplier relationships and internal stakeholdersStrong organisational and communication skillsProactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work unsupervisedWillingness to learn and shadow team members to develop role knowledgeRequired Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.Experience in a supply chain, procurement, or operations environmentFamiliarity with purchase order processes and supplier managementDesirable Skills:
Aerospace or defence industry experienceExperience working in regulated or high-integrity environmentsKnowledge of supplier performance management and expeditingExposure to SAP modules relevant to supply chain Why join us?
