About this role

POSITION:Help Me Grow Home Visitor/Early Childhood Administrative Assistant a.) Full time- Monday through Friday for 10 months, two days per week during the summer months. Responsibilities: A.Provide ongoing home visits to eligible infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their families utilizing a planned curriculum. B.Assist with office management, such as organizing monthly developmental screening clinics, completing enrollment forms and required data for preschool programs. C.Assist with intake and referral process of infants, toddlers and preschoolers into the Help Me Grow program and the Educational Service Center preschool programs entry. D.Assist with parental involvement, outreach and public awareness activities. E.Assist with reporting required data to appropriate Ohio departments. F.Greet parents and maintain a positive attitude and communication with parents, students, team mates and the public. G.Attend all required relevant trainings ie. (Child Development, Home Observation, Postnatal Depression) within the required timelines. HOURS OF WORK: 8:00 to 4:00 Monday-Friday (minimum work day of 7 hours exclusive of lunch) CONTRACT: 10 Month Contract Employment Period, following school calendar with two days per week required during the summer months to continue home visiting program duties.
