About this role
School: Lynnville Elementary Hours: 6.0 hrs. 7:00 am - 1:00 pm Position: Hot Cook Duties include but are not limited to the following: Production:
• hot lunch
• fill milk coolers
• HACCP documentation logs
• clean prep area
• wash tables, in the cafeteria after breakfast
• prep for next day
Service:
• set up line
• cashier/serving
• cook food between serving lines
• temp food between lines
Closing Task:
• complete production records
• daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning
• put up stock
• laundry
• take out trash
• other tasks deemed appropriate by the manager
All positions will start at $13.00 per hour during a short training period but will increase to $17.95 upon completion of training and positive review from manager. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
