Kids' Zone Job Description Proctor Schools' Kids' Zone Program has openings for Kids' Zone Aides up to 14 hours per week for the 2026-2027 school year. Requirements include experience working with children and possess excellent communication and computer skills and a current Minnesota Criminal Background Check if over the age of 18. • Assist the site manager with setting goals and program implementation
• Work directly with and supervises students in planned activities
• Help to teach and encourage appropriate social skills
• Assist the site manager in discipline policies and procedures
• Set a good example in attitude, actions, and speech for children
• Maintains an organized and neat environment by cleaning and storing supplies appropriately
• Set up computer, supplies, and activities for children
• Assist the site manager in student safety and well-being
• Promote good parent communication
• Communicates with the site manager about issues regarding parents, students, or other staff
