RATE OF PAY: $17.46/hr GROUP: CPOKF REPORTS TO: Building Administrator FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt HRS./DAY & NO OF DAYS: (2 hrs/day, 190 days/year) LOCATION: Conger Elementary School BENEFITS A generous allowance towards the purchase of individual or family insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) PERS Retirement: The district assumes and pays the 6% average employee contribution to the Oregon PERS system. Current Contract -CPoKF Contract 2024-2026 (Currently being negotiated) FUNCTION: To assist in the maintenance and keeping the building and grounds in a condition of operational excellence, cleanliness and safety so full educational use is always available. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete the cleaning schedule for the areas assigned within the appropriate amount of time; Assist with necessary building maintenance and grounds maintenance as assigned by the Head Custodian; Use equipment in the building as needed; (buffers, mowers, etc.) Assist with set up for extra curricular activities (assemblies and other programs); Other duties as assigned.
