Pickerington Local School District (PLSD) is seeking qualified applicants for a Duty Aide position at Tussing Elementary. This is a 4.5-hour per day position, 186 day contract.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED equivalency. • Demonstrated interest in working with children. • Ability to communicate and work effectively with others. • Ability to supervise small and large groups, and respond quickly to student needs. • Ability to follow directions and demonstrate a strong desire to succeed. • Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with peers. • Dependable with a strong work ethic. • Ability to stand for extended periods. • Ability to maintain confidentiality. • Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents from diverse populations.
