About this role
This person is primarily in charge of the District's Building Automation System. This includes, but is not limited to: Daily monitoring of all components associated with the Building Automation System, including documenting alarms. Receiving and responding to telephone calls. Dispatching staff as necessary to respond to alarms or to perform necessary repairs. Updating, maintaining, and programming the Building Automation System. Off-hour monitoring as directed of the Building Automation System. Giving direction to the HVAC and Preventative Maintenance staff. Applicant must maintain a valid Nebraska Driver's License that conforms to the District driving policy.
