About this role
POSITION TITLE: Custodian REPORTS TO: SupervisorTERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 260 day contract with benefits QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma
• Experience working in cleaning, construction, maintenance position(s).
• Able to operate personal computer and/or laptop computer
• Highly motivated able to coordinate multiple tasks at one time.
• Self-starter; able to work independently.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. to shoulder height occasionally.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Hours vary throughouth the year
• Sanitize, clean, empty trash and other general housekeeping duties
• Possible snow removal duties
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Maintain confidentiality
• Attend meetings and training as directed.
• Present and communicate in a professional manner.
• Work additional hours or overtime as directed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
