JOB SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Student Success Clinician and/or the BRYT Program Coordinator the Student Success IA (SSIA) will support the implementation of a school-based, multi-tiered intervention program that provides academic, social, and emotional support, as well as help implement individualized student plans. The SSIA will work within a team structure to support students who have experienced significant mental health challenges, are recovering from physical ailments, and/or have missed extensive amounts of school. The SSIA may assist students struggling with complex, often trauma-induced, behavioral health challenges and assist them with reintegration into the general education setting. The employee works alongside the Student Success Clinician or with the school counselor on a daily basis with students that may have challenging behaviors and who require special attention to meet their unique needs. • Associate Degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or Technical School; 48 semester credits or 72 quarter credits of college coursework; or successfully completed WorkKeys or ParaPro Certificate.

*Salary posted is for the 2025/2025 school year.
