This position is located in Hudson, OH Hours of operation are 8:15am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday Ongoing training and development Responsibilities for the Pharmacy Technician: Data entry of new and refill prescriptions Filling of new and refill prescriptions Maintain sufficient and accurate inventory Resolve third party issues with payers and providers Phone calls to assist with business associates, patients, and providers needs and/or relays information to administrative support staff to complete calls as needed Coordinate vast interdepartmental patient care and service Participate and contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance improvement meetings Assist Compliance Department to ensure pharmacy operations and personnel are following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
