What to do: Own and manage the Tagetik, Workiva, and AMI solutions portfolio , ensuring availability, scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives. Establish and maintain internal and regulatory processes, ensuring proper documentation, data security, and compliance with industry standards and Erste Digital policies. Lead and coordinate both Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank activities, including resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support operational excellence and strategic development. Drive and oversee incident, problem, and change management processes for the portfolio. Ensure seamless integration of portfolio solutions with the broader IT landscape while maintaining architectural alignment. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, cross-functional IT teams, clients, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, driving innovation and contributing to the long-term solution strategy. Manage server setup, configuration, and administration activities. Install and maintain operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux environments. Monitor system performance, availability, and resource utilization to ensure reliable operations. Plan and execute system updates, patches, and maintenance activities. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues.
