SPAR Barrack St are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our management team in Barrack St, Waterford. Responsibilities for this role: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. Assist with rostering/time management of staff. Collaborating with management team to maintain the highest store standards and drive sales throughout the entire store. Providing training, mentoring, and development opportunities for staff members. Managing merchandising and promotional changeovers within the store. Supervising order receiving and stock control processes.
