About the team: Founded in 2012, the Noah’s Ark lab has evolved into a prominent research organization with notable achievements in academia and industry. The lab’s mission focuses on advancing artificial intelligence and related fields to benefit the company and society. Driven by impactful, long-term projects, the aim is to enhance state-of-the-art research while integrating innovations into the company's products and services, including LLMs, RL, NLP, computer vision, AI theory, and Autonomous driving. About the job: Work independently to explore frontier research goals, performing tasks such as algorithm design, literature review, and data collection and analysis. Author and co-author research papers for publication in top academic conferences and journals. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to the research process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., senior researchers, product managers, engineers). Analyze and interpret research findings, drawing insightful conclusions and keep track of the latest advancement in related research and identify opportunities for application with CBG products. Present research findings to internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical concepts. The total target annual compensation for this position ranges from $127,000 to $225,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.
