Senior Consultant – Business Analyst Practice: Transformation & Change Role Type: FTC/ Contract Location: London / Hybrid Reporting Line: Programme Manager / Lead Business Analyst Delta Capita is supporting a leading Wealth Management organisation through a major integration and transformation programme following a recent acquisition. The programme spans multiple business workstreams, including Governance & Oversight, Proposition & Products, and Financial Planning operating model transformation. We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to work alongside Project Managers and senior business stakeholders, supporting the successful integration of processes, operating models, governance frameworks, products, and customer propositions across the organisation. This is a client-facing role suited to Business Analysts who can operate independently, engage effectively with stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and bring structure to complex transformation initiatives within Financial Services environments.
