BEST Logistics Group is now seeking a Weekend Shift Shop Lead for our Kernersville Fleet Maintenance Department Best Fleet Maintenance in Kernersville, NC is seeking a leader for our fast-paced shop, supporting the 3 fleets of trucks owned and operated by BEST Logistics Group, along with all of our company-owned vehicles and equipment. The Shop Lead position is imperative in providing top-level customer service and communications to our drivers & operations teams, as well as ensuring the fleet is operating safely and efficiently. Weekend shift runs 5a to 5p, Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Primary Responsibilities: Order parts as needed Handle breakdown calls during shift hours Provide guidance, assistance, and training to our technicians Assign, monitor, and evaluate work Perform other duties and tasks as needed #BLGSPON
