Working hours: Full time – 36 hours per week

Schedule type: Site-based role with a designated patch, primarily covering the Croydon area, with additional coverage across Brighton as required.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our teams have the tools, knowledge, and processes they need to deliver a high-quality service. You will:

Carry out regular estate inspections, addressing minor issues and ensuring communal areas are safe, clean, and well maintainedUndertake basic maintenance and inspections of communal areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards and escalating complex repairsSupport the management of anti-social behaviour and environmental nuisance issues, including fly tipping and evidence gatheringMaintain a visible presence on estates, addressing concerns, supporting residents, and reporting safety or environmental issuesEngage with residents and support community initiatives, encouraging involvement and signposting to relevant servicesLiaise with internal teams and external partners to report issues, coordinate actions, and support effective service delivery

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who:

Can work under pressure and use initiative to prioritise tasks and solve problems effectivelyIs confident using IT systems to accurately record inspections, report issues, and manage day-to-day activitiesWorks in line with Health & Safety, COSHH, Risk Assessments, and safe systems of workHas strong attention to detail, identifying issues and ensuring they are followed through to resolutionCan communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and residentsIs confident working in community settings and dealing with challenging situations or behaviourCan use initiative, prioritise workloads, and identify opportunities to improve servicesHolds a full, UK manual driving licence
