Salary: £20,400 per annum (FTE £34,000), plus 6% pension contribution after 3 months in post Location: Wallington, London Borough of Sutton Working pattern: Part time, 21 hours per week — fixed-term contract until 30th June 2027

Role overview

Sutton Mencap supports people with a learning disability to lead fulfilling lives and achieve their aspirations, while also supporting families in their caring role. We're recruiting a Development Officer for a new project to establish a parent carer forum for families of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Over the course of this one-year project, you'll help parents set up the forum as an independent organisation and ensure it delivers engagement activities throughout its first year.
