For more information, please visit our website https://wework.co.in/ About the role: The Senior Lead - Security Command Centre is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Centre (SOC), while driving the implementation of processes, customer expectation; aligned with information security standards. The role requires a proactive approach in delivering technical security services, ensuring operational resilience, system reliability, and continuous improvement of security technologies across the organization. Role and Responsibilities: Command Centre Operations Lead and supervise 24x7 Security Command Centre operations across assigned locations. Ensure continuous monitoring and operational effectiveness of electronic security systems and integrated platforms. Technical Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Collaborate closely with Projects (ICT), Corporate Technology, Networking, Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams on technical security initiatives. Coordinate with vendors, territory physical security leads, and building teams for issue resolution and operational support. Lead discussions with members (customers) related to security systems, custom security projects, and audits in coordination with Sales and Account Management teams. Security Systems & Technology Management Support implementation of new security technologies, integrations, and automation initiatives. Ensure operational health, uptime, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle management of security systems. Oversee repair and maintenance programs for electronic security systems. Conduct business continuity and disaster recovery (DR) testing for security systems and associated infrastructure. Compliance, Risk & Governance Support ISO 27001 and organizational risk management initiatives within the security function. Ensure adherence to security standards, operational procedures, and audit requirements. Drive governance and compliance related to electronic security systems and command centre operations. Reporting & Leadership Engagement Prepare and present operational updates, technical insights, and risk assessments to leadership teams. Maintain reporting dashboards, operational metrics, and analytics related to security systems and command centre performance. Experience & Desired Qualifications: 8–10 years of experience in security systems and security operations, with a minimum of 4 years in a corporate environment. Programming and commissioning of security systems. Experience in repair and maintenance programs for security systems. Strong experience in electronic surveillance systems including CCTV, Access Control, Biometrics, Intrusion Detection Systems Experience implementing ISO 27001 or similar information security standards within the security function. Understanding of core networking concepts including IP addressing, MAC addressing, Network communication basics Understanding of software development and deployment lifecycle including, Basic coding principles, Databases, Test vs Production environments Experience working with CRM software, helpdesk applications, and Business Intelligence tools. Basic proficiency in Google Workspace applications. Experience as a technical expert in customer-facing environments. Experience working with LenelS2, Feenics, Panasonic Video Insight (VI), Luxriot VMS. Experience in EDGE analytics and IOT security devices. Experience with Salesforce, Freshservice, Tableau.
