You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Assisting procurement planning for customer acquisition requirements; 2) preparing and reviewing acquisition documentation for contract actions and regulatory compliance; 3) monitoring contractor performance and supporting the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), the Government's designated official for contractor oversight, for contract oversight and compliance; (4) compiling and analyzing data for program and process studies supporting operational improvement You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Acquisition Strategy Contracting/Procurement Planning and Evaluating Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).

Major DutiesPerform acquisition oversight functions and implement the United States Army Central (USARCENT) G4, Operational Contract Support (OCS) requirements management program.Provides USARCENT directorates and mission partners with objectively based information for making decisions on the management, administration, and oversight for command requirements and procurement management.Provides assistance to mission partners with contract support integration, contract support, contract management responsibilities.Applies experience and knowledge of Federal, Department of Defense (DoD), and Department of the Army (DA) acquisition policies, procedures and processes used to manage acquisition requirements through the acquisition processes and procedures.Plans, coordinates, implements, analyzes, and evaluates acquisition processes and projects which encompass several command functional areas.Prepares reports or briefs contract data progress reviews.Serves as a Trusted Agent Security Manager (TASM).
