QualificationsGS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting in the planning, developing, and overseeing of production activities associated with depot-level aircraft maintenance, overhaul, modification, and/or in-service repair. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning, developing, and overseeing of production activities associated with depot-level aircraft maintenance, overhaul, modification, and/or in-service repair; AND assisting in preparing and reviewing documentation requirements for a variety of packages and/or contracts. Major DutiesYou will support the Integrated Product Team Lead in all phases of the aircraft depot level maintenance process.You will regularly track and monitor efforts developed and implemented to mitigate and resolve critical issues, schedule concerns, cost impacts, contractor performance issues, supply or consumable parts shortfalls.You will identify cost and schedule impacts due to changes in manufacturing an repair requirements as a result of government requirement changes.You will update, review and publish required reports and databases to ensure aircraft maintenance status is accurately reported.You will draft Statements of Work and Price-Negotiation Objective documentation for funding of contractor work requirements.You will compile data comprised of maintenance man hour execution, funding expended, and aircraft repairs executed and total time for completion.You will assist the Business Office with the development of documentation required to support the solicitation packages such as Industry Day preparations, Source Selection Plan, Request for Proposal, and Technical Evaluations.You will assist the Integrated Product Team Lead in the preparation of negotiations with designated contractors.
