Job SummaryYou will serve as a AWSE (Armament Weapons Support Equipment) LEVEL III PROGRAM MANAGER in the NAVAIRWARCENADLKE SE &ALRE Group; Support Equipment Dept; Common & Commercial Systems Division; BL21J00 Program Implementation Branch.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrating experience managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, budgets, schedules, and technical requirements. 2) Incorporating knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition principles, program management practices, and lifecycle support processes. 3) Leading cross functional teams, analyzing program performance, managing resources, and communicating effectively with senior leadership, customers, and contractors. 4) Utilizing strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic environment. Major DutiesYou will schedule and conduct program reviews for customers, sponsors, and higher management.You will develop, coordinate, consolidate and monitor programs, which are consistent with delivery schedules and objectives.You will evaluate the comprehensive impact or new or revised objectives, probabilities and acquisition strategies.You will solicit, justify and control all funding for assigned programs and monitor all work and funding expenditures.You will measure progress toward, and determine the soundness of objectives in established programs, and develop resource requirements for new programs.
