Job SummaryYou will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Budget and Formulation Division/ Comptroller Department of NAWCAD Lakehurst.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: 1) Reviewing, analyzing, and approving complex funding documents and contract actions; 2) Ensuring strict adherence to fiscal law, Purpose-Time-Amount (PTA), and departmental policy, serving as a key control point for high-dollar, high-risk transactions by validating funding accuracy and financial data across multiple systems; 3) Mitigating risks of Anti-Deficiency Act violations and audit findings by resolving discrepancies with various stakeholders and safeguarding financial accuracy through approvals of transfers, accruals, deposits, and obligation adjustments; 4) Analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations; 5) Formulating budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities. Major DutiesYou will perform or advise son work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration.You will demonstrate in-depth working knowledge of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) system and Navy Working Capital Fund.You will manage all event reimbursements, coordinate all support service requests, and submit all Unit Enhancement Fund (UEF) requests.You will submit monthly, quarterly and yearly audit compliant reports.
