QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Guiding leadership on complex personnel issues, staffing priorities, and policy interpretation; analyzing laws and business directives to draft standard operating procedures; implementing onboarding/offboarding workflows; and conducting compliance audits of personnel records, pay entitlements, and/or HR workflows. Major DutiesYou will supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the Operations Branch.You will disseminate and brief on new or modified regulations and procedures.You will exercise quality assurance oversight of the administrative functions in the Outbound Branch, Inbound Branch and Command Support Branch.You will manage internal inspection program, including periodic inspections, evaluations, and audits for all branches of the Installation Personnel Administrative Center (IPAC).You will initiate requests for recruitment, interviewing and selecting employees.You will plans, schedule, and assign work; certify timecards; evaluate subordinates’ performance, recommends promotions and awards.
