Job SummaryYou will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER as the Division Head in the PROTOTYPE & MANUFACTURING DIVISION within the PROTOTYPE, MANUFACTURING AND TEST DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (NM-04)(GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following 1. Demonstrating comprehensive resource management experience, effectively allocating personnel, processes, and equipment to meet complex organizational goals. 2. Planning and evaluating operations by establishing long-term priorities, developing performance plans, and assessing work outcomes to ensure mission success. 3. Utilizing strong financial management skills of a program or organization, managing overall costs and budgets to achieve mission outcomes within defined financial constraints. 4. Leading diverse teams, managing employee performance, identifying training needs, and fostering a productive work environment. 5. Exhibiting strategic thinking to develop long-range objectives aligned with overarching plans, while maintaining strict accountability for ensuring all operations adhere to established safety, environmental, and equal employment opportunity requirements. Major DutiesYou will plan and manage personnel skills, processes, and resources.You will act as a general manager and direct, coordinate, and oversee the work of the Division through subordinate supervisors and leaders or comparable personnel.You will manage financial resources within assigned budget.You will resolve conflicts involving subordinates (internal and external).You will develop criteria and measures for evaluating the performance of subordinates.
