Over de functie As an Orderpicker Afternoon Shift at Nedcargo in Soesterberg, you work in a modern distribution center with a diverse and motivated team. Your main responsibility is to collect the right orders for customers and get them ready for shipping. Using an EPT (Electric Pallet Truck) and a pick list, you move through the warehouse, picking products such as buckets of Remia sauces and frying oil. Each item can weigh up to 15 kg, so physical strength is important. Once you have gathered a complete order, you prepare it on pallets for your colleagues who will load the trucks. You use a scanner to register all items, making sure each order is complete and accurate. Teamwork is key, as together you ensure that every order leaves the warehouse on time. - Collect customer orders using an EPT and pick list - Handle heavy products (up to 15 kg per item), mainly sauces and oils - Prepare pallets for transport - Use a scanner to register and check products - Support colleagues with loading and organizing the warehouse - Keep the workspace tidy and safe - Communicate with the team for efficient workflow You work afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday, 2:15 PM to 11:15 PM. During busy periods, you may also work morning shifts or occasional Saturdays, for which you receive extra pay.
