About this role
Your tasks as an Operator include: - Adjusting and fine-tuning the saw to accurately cut aluminium profiles according to specifications - Running equipment that straightens and aligns aluminium profiles to the correct shape - Checking finished products to ensure they meet size requirements, are properly aligned, and free from defects - Mounting and changing dies while working closely with the press operator to keep production running smoothlyWorking hours: You will start in a two-shift system, working from 06:30 to 15:00 and from 14:30 to 23:30. After this initial period, you will move into a three-shift rotation: 07:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 23:00, and 23:00 to 07:00. If you depend on public transport, support is available to help arrange suitable options. Schedules are shared well in advance, and there is flexibility to swap shifts with colleagues when necessary. Functie-eisen: - You are able to communicate effectively in Dutch or English, enabling safe and productive teamwork. - You have a technical background through education, training, or hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment. - Possession of certificates such as forklift, reach truck, Safe Lifting, or VCA is advantageous.
