We're looking for a Paint Sprayer and Prepper to join our growing Paint team in Blackpool.Working as part of a skilled and supportive team, you'll play a key role in preparing, painting and finishing vehicle components to the highest standards, ensuring every product leaves the paint shop looking its best and ready for service. The role includes all aspects of surface preparation, shot blasting and paint application, with a strong focus on quality, safety and attention to detail. What you'll be doing: - Preparing vehicle components and surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, masking and cleaning - Carrying out shot blasting and surface preparation activities - Repairing dents and imperfections prior to paint application - Applying primers, base coats and top coats using automotive spray-painting equipment - Mixing paint accurately to meet colour specifications - Inspecting completed work and rectifying any paint defects where required - Maintaining paint shop equipment and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently - Working to production schedules while maintaining high quality standards - Following work instructions and supporting continuous improvement across the paint department - Contributing to a safe, organised and collaborative working environment Be part of something new We're investing in the future of our Blackpool operation and are looking for people who want to be part of that journey.
