Core responsibilities - Own end-to-end implementation projects: discovery, requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare. - Facilitate workshops to map processes, define scope, and align stakeholders on outcomes and timelines. - Configure the platform, coordinate integrations, and manage data migration activities with internal and client teams. - Create and maintain project documentation: plans, requirements, functional designs, test scripts, and release notes. - Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management to drive user adoption. - Identify risks and dependencies, propose mitigations, and report progress to stakeholders. - Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve implementation standards. Required skills and experience - Implementation consulting: proven experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS implementations. - Project delivery: strong planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills. - Business analysis: requirements elicitation, process mapping, and solution design. - Technical understanding: APIs/integrations, data migration, and testing practices. - Communication: clear facilitation, documentation, and client-faci...
