Field Service Engineer Location: South london Role: Field Service Engineer Location: you'll be required to cover the South London area, but you'll be allocated to the Croydon Service Centre Hours: 45 hours per week | between 08:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday Salary: between £51,831- £53,445.60 pa DOE Are you a skilled technician with a passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our Aftermarket team! This is a mobile role where you'll be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining specialist vehicles at customer sites and company workshops. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles are safe, compliant, and operating at peak performance. What you'll be doing: - Diagnose and repair faults on vehicle chassis and mounted equipment - Carry out servicing and maintenance to a high standard - Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections and ensure compliance with Department Of Transport specifications - Use diagnostic software and tools to identify and resolve issues - Log all work using PDA software and maintain accurate service records - Travel to customer sites across the UK, sometimes at short notice - Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times - Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service - Support health and safety practices and complete risk assessments as required At Dennis Eagle, we are proud to be an equal opportunities employer and a Disability Confident organisation.
